Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process. Shipping times may vary based on the product and shipping destination. Most apparel orders in the United States take 2-10 business days. Jewelry orders typically arrive 4 - 13 days after purchasing. Orders outside the United States may take 10-30 days to arrive at their destination. Products are shipped separately by the following carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, Asendia, Australia Post Domestic, and Royal Mail.

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Custom Items
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. BoltMentality strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
BoltMentality does not charge restocking fees.
